Hot Nerd of the Week: Kari Byron!

For those of you who have never seen Mythbusters, Kari is one of the Mythbuster team. She started in 2003 after she started to show up around M5 Industries, which is where Mythbusters is filmed, trying to get hired. She does all sorts of nerdy myths and it is easy to tell geek blood runs in her. She also recently started hosting a show on The Science Channel called Headrush.

Outside of her TV shows she is a artist who works primarily in sculpture. Kari had made appearances at SDCC and Gen Con. I say if you have been a guest at either of those events no one can call your nerd cred into question. Smart (She graduated Magna Cum Laude from San Francisco State University) and sexy (She has modeled for the men's magazine FHM) Kari is one of my favorite hot nerdettes.
